Chloe is a theatre maker, facilitator and movement director.

Based in London but raised a Bristolian.

Chloe’s work blends physical theatre, dark clown and the absurd, creating cross-disciplinary pieces that champion female-led, provocative theatre.

Chloe’s History

 

Chloe trained in classical theatre at ArtsEd London before studying Drama at Exeter University. She went on to complete two years of professional training at the infamous Jacques Lecoq School in Paris, specialising in devising, clown, mask and physical theatre. Since then, she has performed across the UK and Europe co-creating companies Stumble Trip Theatre and Not That But That. Chloe has developed a distinctive style that blends physicality, comedy and the absurd. Alongside performing, Chloe teaches and facilitates, and is currently Resident Physical Acting Teacher at Laine Theatre Arts.

Chloe is co-artistic director of Stumble Trip Theatre. As a performer and movement director Chloe has performed in collaboration with The Embers Collective at The Bush Theatre and London College of Fashion at Sadler’s Wells.

As a workshop facilitator Chloe is resident physical acting teacher at Laine Theatre Arts. Chloe teaches physical theatre, movement and Lecoq techniques for different age groups throughout the UK. She co-established and led Rambert’s Future Movement program and is currently working with Kirsty Purnell on Rambert’s Artist In Residency programme.

As Movement Director Chloe has recently worked on Camille Dawson’s latest production The War Inside currently being reimagined into an immersive family musical debuting at Southbank Centre 2025..
